24 Hour Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment at Moss Salon, we set that time aside especially for you. We do not double book or squeeze appointments.
Once you arrive, we direct all of our attention and energies to give you the best salon experience possible. In part, we can offer you this level of service due to our cancellation policy.
If you do need to cancel an appointment, for any reason, we ask for 24 hour's notice. If the salon is closed, please leave a voicemail.
When making your first appointment, we require a credit card number. We accept all major credit cards except American Express. All of your information is kept confidential and secure.
We do charge the amount of the service if the appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
We ask for your understanding in this matter so that we can continue our tradition of excellence and individualized attention.
